KNR Constructions Limited after becoming the selected bidder promoted and incorporated “KNR Ramanattukura Infra Private Limited” as a limited liability company under the Companies Act 2013 for undertaking and performing the obligations and for exercising the rights of the selected bidder as Concessionaire for the Project.
